Love living here. From the moment we inquired it was such an easy experience. Agnes has been the sweetest, caring, and most helpful property manager you could ask for. She has made us feel at home here. We were reluctant about the noise of 287, but has had no bearing on us. It's not bad at all, and actually kind of nice "white noise". If you see an opening here, I highly recommend. Maintenance is very fast when needed, units are well lit, and grounds are properly taken care of. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood where everyone keeps to themselves for the most part, and plenty of sidewalks to go for a walk. So close to the Bridgewater mall, 287, somerville, and everything else you can think of. Easy to pay rent right online as well. The only improvement I would like to see is more of an actual clubhouse and amenities, since we do pay a monthly amenity fee for it. HIGHLY recommend The Village. Thanks!

I’m not very good at finding this site but finally got there. Want you to know how great Agnes is. She is very proactive with the tenants, always smiles & works very hard at making each experience with her very pleasant. The office looks great & she is doing a great job in sprucing up the front yard. Thanking her for a great bagel & coffee morning last Sunday.

Agnes, our Property Manager here at Village at Bridgewater is EXTRAORDINARY! I had an issue I was dealing with and needed to get resolved. I went to see Agnes for help. She immediately went to work on the problem, and showed kindness and compassion. She went above and beyond to help me acting as liason and even went to another building to make copies for me that I needed and had them back to me by the end of the day. By the next day she had the issue resolved!! I can't thank her enough. Agnes is always friendly, kind and accommodating. We are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber here. She's a gem!

I have lived here for over 6 years now. I would not recommend it to even my worst enemy. The new owners are absolutely horrendous. I was in the hospital for an extended period of time and fell behind on my rent. We agreed to a payment plan that both parties signed. Then a few months later I received an eviction notice, even though the past balance had been caught up. Now it’s been over a year since all of this and now they want me to pay “legal fees” of $288.30 for the past due balance. They also added a random $20 sewer fee that is not included in the lease. Beware when looking into any of the properties these people own. They do not care about you and only care about how much extra money they can possibly get from you.

I used to live at this property. I came through last month to take a look at the property again. It looked like they had made many improvements from what it used to be. I specifically liked that I saw what was clearly a maintenance worker going to take care of something. When I lived here the maintenance wasn't very helpful, so I am glad to see that it improved.

I have lived here for 4 years now. I was here with the old owner, George. I have loved living here. The new owners made the transition easy. Gina, the office manager has been a delight. Whenever I have a problem with something in the unit, I call her and she is on it right away. She is really friendly and helpful. She has kept the lines of communication open. They are in the process of making some upgrades to our development ~ not that we really needed it, but nice to have. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new residence.
