This is the first apartment I've lived in on my own (well, without my parents and siblings), and we've lived here for a year now. Ana and Salvador have been absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Any questions and concerns are easily and quickly met.

EDIT: I have moved out since May 2023. The management team changed and the apartments went downhill from thereonout. The washing machines and dryers were consistently broken, homeless people were breaking into the laundry room and digging through the trash, the security company that they hired fail to do anything about it and instead sit on their phones in the parking lot. The water was out for four whole days without any notice or consideration. They gave a half ass apology and nothing else. On the same topic, the water would frequently be turned off for hours at a time without notice as well. When addressed with the office, the woman said "Oh, I just started working here. I don't know why it's off." Shouldnt there be some kind of communication between staff and repair companies?

Please, if you have other options, consider them rather than moving here.

Ana is the best apartment manager that I know. She is extremely helpful and professional and takes great care of the apartment complex. The apartments themselves are well kept and they are affordable too. Whenever we needed maintenance they were here on time and were very friendly. You can tell the management specifically Ana is proud of her work. They have recently improved the outside landscape of the apartments and it looks amazing. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. I only have nice things to say about this place. The management is amazing and work with you and Ana deserves a raise she is an amazing manager.

I have lived here at Villa Regia for 5 years now. I love my humble abode. Ana is a wonderful manager who gets things done and cares about her residents and it shows when you talk to her. Salvador is our maintenance man who keeps our grounds clean and gets any work orders done within 1-2 days after its has been submitted. I will say I will not live in any other apartment complex. Thank Ana and Salvador for making this a wonderful place to live.

This is my first time moving into my own apartment! Let me just say Ana has been super efficient and very helpful with guiding me when applying for this place. I loved my apartment and also how spacious it is! Everything I was looking for she was able to accommodate for me! Also love that I get updated emails regarding anything that has to do with our apartment complex. Any COVID-19 updates so everybody’s safety is their number one concern. Ana is on top of everything! When filing any work order she responds very quickly and gets the job taken care of! The view and pool are as they appear in the photos above. Very clean and nice! These apartments stand out way more than most that I checked out.

I’ve lived here almost a year and love it. I’ve lived in various apartment communities and this is by far the best one. The grounds are kept clean, the people that live here are good people, it’s quiet most of the time, maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner by Sal (who is such a sweetheart), Chelcie is super friendly and takes care of business.

The first unit I had here was kinda small for me and my son, but even then I still loved this apartment community. Chelcie helped me get approved for a larger unit and I absolutely love it. I see myself staying here for a few years until I’m ready to buy a house.

It’s really hard to find decently priced apartments in a good apartment community. I feel really lucky to have found this small, quiet community in its own little corner tucked off.

Villa Regia is amazing! They have the best management team I have personally dealt with. People in the office are always friendly and just overall have amazing customer service. The property is always looking clean and the landscape is just beautiful. Yasmin and Nathan are just a pleasure to work with! If you are looking for a new home, you should definitely move in here!

I enjoy living here - it's relatively quiet and items that needed assistance were promptly addressed by the property manager Ana as well as Salvador who maintains the complex. With rent going higher everywhere I looked, Villa Regia was the ideal place to move. Admittedly life would be much easier with a dishwasher and washer/dryer in my place lol, but for what it's worth it's honestly a decent deal.

I like living here because most of the time it is quiet the neighbors are friendly. Also I like the fact that you strive to maintain the property grounds.
You keep us updated on any changes.
I would like to see the tenants take more interest in keeping the laundry room clean When I first moved in last year It was always clean. Now the tenants don't clean up after themselves. They leave trash, dryer sheets, socks and clothes on the floor and on top of machines.
Also the garbage area is real nasty now.
So I can tell the some of the new comers are not willing to obey the rules. Leaving furniture and other debris on the ground. Otherwise I am happy living here.😊
