Buying a house in bay-area market conditions with insane competition isn't an easy venture. Tewfik just made it possible for us.

We are first-time home buyers and had little to no-clue about many things. Tewfik has extensive knowledge from his prior and current experiences. He was patient, provided good advice, and made it a stress-free process. I cannot recall a time when he tried to push us towards buying a house. His enthusiasm after showing us more than 50 houses remained the same as the first house tour.

Tewfik is just a text message away and he's extremely responsive. I just don't know how he has the energy to do so much.

I met Tewfik by accident. Sometimes accidents happen for good cause. He is a nice person and always take your side. In some cases, you want to give a try with your own limitations and proceed with an offer even if the seller/market is crazy. In those situations you need to have a back support from your own buyer agent (even when you have tiny chances to get accepted). You can trust and rely on Tewfik. Not only during the purchase, but you also will have questions after the buy-process is completed. He is always available and feels very happy to help his customers.
