Not recommended. I moved there in Sept. 2022 and a week after I moved in they began a demolition/construction project in the apartment below me. Due to the concrete foundation, I felt and heard concrete being demolished for a week and had to leave for relief. The same thing happened a month before my lease expired with the apartment next door forcing me to move early. The manager was nice and professional, until I complained about privacy issues with pest control and maintenance showing up unannounced, and the demolition work, then she became rude. I moved in with a dirty carpet that hadn’t been steam cleaned, but when I leave I get charged for a supposed dirty cabinet, and for a paint touch-up for in an apartment that wasn’t freshly painted to begin with!

You're kind of on your own when it comes to maintenance, but it's really cleaned up in the past two years, and the price is the cheapest in Ozark that isn't in a really bad part of town. I lived there for two years, and now that I've moved on, I don't regret spending money to live there. Great location.
