I found this place to be great to live at. The property manager, Eva, is the hardest working property manager I have had. She gives ample notice of quarterly inspections, is kind and courteous, and is always making herself available if you need anything. I have personally seen her there on multiple weekends outside of normal operating hours. The Maintenance there is spot on as well. If something is wrong, John is in there fixing it the same day. The facilities are nice and the neighborhood is quiet with many tenants being Military or Law Enforcement. I always felt safe, comfortable, and at home while living at Lincoln Square.

Lovely large townhome for a good price in a safe and well cared for neighborhood. We worked a lot with Eva throughout our time living here and she was fantastic. She always answered our questions, helped us put work orders in, and talked us through changes in our lease and move out procedures. I would recommend living here to any of my friends moving to Enterprise.

Flight school student for roughly 18 months. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Close to post to make the drives easy and still close enough to the shops in Enterprise making it convenient enough to run a quick errand. A lot of other students live in the area as well so hanging out with friends is easy.

The management is excellent and the work orders needed, of which there were few, were done timely and without any issue. Place is kept clean, neighborhood is quiet, and my only wish is that they kept the pool open for an extra month in the fall.

Absolutely recommended for flight school students. Management was able to work with me when I had certain schools I needed to attend and was very friendly throughout the entire leasing process. A+

Love Lincoln Square! Great rates and pet friendly! Love that they don’t charge high pet fees but instead they let you pay carpet replacement fees and any pet damage at the end of lease. Saved me $$$$ over the term of our lease Eva, John and Amanda were always helpful and available. Pool was beautiful and great neighbors! Gonna miss it very much!!!

If you choose to move in here expect your privacy to be invaded with annual inspections which you don’t have to be home for. If anything is found wrong you are expected to pay or fix it before they come back and recheck you a few days later.

Upon move in make sure you check EVERY SINGLE NOOK AND CRANNY for damages and MAKE SURE they get written down and TAKE PICTURES because you will be responsible for everything even if it was the tenant before you. We had a crack on our microwave that was there when we moved in that didn’t get written down, we were told we would have to pay to replace the door. I was estimated about $100-150 but said I’d like to wait until move out to pay. They excepted us to pay $350 FOR A MICROWAVE DOOR at move out. I went online and found the exact microwave for only $159.88. They wanted more than double that price for just the door! Thankfully I was able to get the price brought back down to $150.
When asked what causes the type of crack that was in the microwave we were told it was from the settlement shifting, so something completely out of our control!

I’d also bring a black light with you because upon move out, they will do a black light inspection with you and you will be responsible for anything in those carpets, even though she doesn’t do a black light inspection with you during move-in, they just look for visual stains.

When we told the office we were leaving we were told we wouldn’t have to pay for Carpet damage because they replace every 5 years and had just hit the mark, jokes on us we still had to pay.
After re reading my lease at move out and now knowing how we were going to be treated I wish I would have been more obnoxious when it came to everything especially maintenance and making sure things had been written down.
Eva makes a lot of verbal promises that are invalid because she doesn’t put anything in writing.

Edit in response.
To begin, I never said “predatory against military members” if anything you took advantage of us because we are young and wouldn’t know any better so thanks for the life lesson.
Two, I personally was not there for either inspection when I wish I could have been, but I take my husbands word for it. You claim there was pet damage done in a room the pets had never been in which further proves a black light inspection was not done during the move in inspection.
You also said pictures were taken but when asked to provide pictures you claimed there wasn’t any.
And finally, again Mrs Eva, the microwave was never replaced, putty was put over the cracks, which we provided pictures of.

If you’re moving to this complex, do yourself a favor and document everything during your pre-move in inspection. Microwave burns, dirty coils, dented window blinds, stains on the carpet (take a video when they do the black light business..) cracks in the microwave, oven, fridge shelves. Literally everything.Make a note and make sure management signs off on it. Shortly after moving in our fridge shelf shattered, we waited months for a replacement and later found out they charged us $35.
We were charged for dented window blinds upon move out, the blinds in question were located behind our TV stand, which we did not touch a single time during our 1 1/2 years there.
We were also charged for a gallon of paint for $50 to cover wall smudges.
So when you’re ready to move out, don’t worry about scrubbing the walls because they will still charge you for paint. At the very last minute of our move-out inspection we were told that there’s and extra $25 for pet hair removal….so make sure you wipe off dog hair from your base boards bc the cleaning service that you’re PAYING for does not cover that?!? What’s with the $300 pet deposit if it’s not being used towards de-fleaing service or pet hair removal?
Tenants are essentially paying for the up keep of these outdated units. Between the annual inspections and move out inspections , you will lose some of your deposit and probably pay on top of that.
My only advice for this business is to up their security deposit so they can snake more money from their tenants.
My review does not reflect the work of the ladies in the office, nor the very kind and attentive maintenance team. This is obviously a review of the business as a whole.
Seriously look at all of your blinds and please document even the smallest dents.

Had a terrific time renting at Lincoln Square! Super friendly neighbors and incredible staff. All the ladies in the office were always very helpful and quick to answer the phones whenever I had questions. John the maintenance man is very kind and works incredibly hard to ensure the complex is running smoothly. The unit itself was super clean and had a ton of good natural light from the windows. Very grateful for the terrific experience I had with you all. Thank you!!

Terrible management… with ridiculous rules that are only Enforced if they don’t like you. Completely take advantage of military doing “safety inspections” where they would basically charge you extra money for cheap light bulbs and filters. Not to mention my car was broken into on two separate occasions but the management was more worried about not allowing guests at the pool.
