Again and again, will confirm all the bad reviews. The community is awesome, but the management and the HOA fees are terrible. Never got involved in management, but I guess it’s high time to interfere with the board and appeal their decisions. There is $360 monthly fee for services that definitely do not cost that much, the highest fee within surrounding similar neighborhoods. Fines are being imposed on tenants and homeowners for minor violations and for car registration expirations, while there is an extensive use of drugs around community that is not resolved yet! We need to keep the community safe and sound but not at the expense of homeowners quit enjoyment.

Disgustingly mean and rude to homeowners. Driving through neighborhoods to spy and their staff is sensitive to criticism not there for the homeowners . They don’t care that homeowners have life issues through no fault of their own. Homeowner associations are not looking out for the neighborhood only their autocratic concerns. They are not there for the homeowners only for management. Pick on certain homeowners as well. Sad

it is too bad I could not give negative points.
Every phone call, every response, and service was never average.
Always someone arguing with you, always late fees sometime even you paid in full, and when you try to pay in advance they don't let you so they can charge the late fees.
Also, attitude on the phone, services, and etc., you wouldn't know from these guys, that they get your money to stay in air-conditioned 'marble' offices. No trace of respect or 'thankful'.
I never saw average 3 stars from the inception of the company, and I don't think they will ever. I hope they will change to be nicer to who pays them.

I paid a bill two months ago and they are claiming that it is still unpaid. They have repeatedly told me to be patient and that they would resolve the situation but then never follow up. I have reached out via both phone and email in several instances and cannot seem to get a response explaining why this is still unresolved. Furthermore they refuse to send me an invoice for last month's bill since they claim that the month prior is still unpaid (even though I have sent them a copy of the payment confirmation) and thus I will be incurring a late payment for the past month as a result. Terrible customer service, I suspect they may be deliberately trying to collect unnecessary late fees by delaying processing of payments and refusing to communicate in a timely manner. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Currently a rented in one of their apartments. They let theirs get away with it. I have VIDEO of the gardeners stealing stuff from me. That the management told me specifically to put in the back, and their response is to do nothing. Not even get new gardeners. And they told US to not cause an issue with THEM. I literally have video of them stealing. I am going to make a police report if this is not fixed.

I’ve been living at a condo managed by these guys since the start of 2019. Everything had been smooth until this hot water line incident. These guys are absolutely terrible.

The hot water line at our condo complex had a leak & was causing the down stairs area to become uncomfortably hot(average temp of 85 indoors during Jan & Feb). Had to call them more than once to finally get in contact with our supposed property manager ā€œRebeccaā€. We were then told that they’d fix the leak and replace the tile on their dime.

They then have ā€œNova plumbingā€ Come out and bust through some tile to try and find the leak, they finally did a week later. I was waiting for a follow up call from Jensen’s office, turns out Nova never called Jensen & associates back to let them know they had finished their part of the job... I Shouldn’t have to be the one coordinating all this, I shouldn’t be DOING THEIR JOB.

I finally get a hold of Rebecca after leaving several voicemails (she or anybody at that office never called me back at all) & let her know the plumbing is done. She then gets my info and says she’ll ā€œpass it on to the on-site maintenance manager & that he will get in touch with meā€. That conversation was on March 29 2019. A whole week went by and surprise surprise NO ONE GETS IN CONTACT WITH ME.

Today, April 8 2019, i call them back and im told by some other guy that ā€œOh this came across my desk last week. And the board said that we aren’t responsible for the tile replacementā€.

Are you Seriously!
1. What is the point of paying Home Owners Association If I am the one that has been coordinating and calling all parties to let them know that the other guys are done?

2. Why was I told 1 thing before the start of the leak replacement & then told another thing after the job is done! THATS NOT RIGHT.

3. I shouldn’t have to call nearly everyday to get in contact with our property manager. And it’s EVEN WORSE NOT TO GET A SINGLE CALL BACK.

I had holes in the ground of my condo for over a week. Even now after the foundation has been replaced by plumbing the tiles have not been replaced!! It’s been well over a month now since the start of this job and they now tell me that I’m responsible for the tile replacement. Absolutely ridiculous.

These guys are terrible, steer clear of you can. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they’re ā€œadsā€.

I had to put at least one star to write a review. This agency has a no call complaint policy. All complaints are to be submitted in writing. The apatapart manager where my son lives harasses sec 8 tenants ant their guests. If you want to phase out sec 8 from your properties do so tactfully not belligerently.
If this agency only accepts complaints in writing... There's something wrong with their business practices and they know it. I've never met a property manager that will stand in the drive to stop a vehicle, just to ask which unit they are visiting. Ridiculous.. and dangerous.

This guy is the guy put in charge of our Complex and in mine and few others opinions, incompetent doesn’t even seem to describe him. Doesn’t get stuff done he promises, doesn’t answer emails, it sure seems he sends landscaping crew to hack up plants and bushes to be petty (a whole bunch of us were upset about one incident in particular) and be on a power trip. Seems to interfere in board matters and elections. A few people in the complex, including me and my neighbor and a few others I talk to have been told fences will get fixed. That was months and months ago and nothing has happened. Ever since this guy started running the complex, fees have gone up and security is around less, the landscapers do a worse job, more homeless people around than ever before l, more car break ins but hey, they really like towing people for expired tags (eventhough the DMV is behind by months on stuff like that and take forever to mail them out)

The place is run in an amateur fashion and it has a lot to do with the property management.
