Convenient, Affordable, and Well-Managed! I had a phenomenal experience with Jackson Crossing. Located close to base, price enabled me to pocket a good portion of BAH, and management was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would recommend to any service member in the area.

I have lived in Jackson Crossing for 4 years and love it! The staff, Gina and Stephanie are wonderful. If you have a problem, no matter how minor, they get it fixed very quickly... Most times, on the same day you report it. The grounds are very well maintained. Very safe place to live. Quiet. Loving the sweet smell of the magnolia trees!

Peaceful and nice place to live, however certain policies are ridiculous. (Example) My nephew and nieces can’t swim with me when they come to visit because of some crazy arm band rule. That is ridiculous!

I've lived here for a little over 4 years, and I love it here. It's quiet little community away from the high volume of traffic on Rucker Blvd. The grounds are well maintained to include the walkways. Any issues that are found or reported are quickly fixed(within a couple days). The ladies in the office are very nice and professional. Would highly recommend to someone moving to the area.

Been staying here for a couple of years now and not once have I had any complaints or worries. The people (neighbors) here are very nice and respectful. I love the management team and repair staff here. They make sure the place you are living in is always up to par and any repairs that you may have will be fixed asap. My lease is almost up but already planning to stay another year. Thank you guys for everything you do and making my living experience awesome.

My husband and I will miss our Townhome of two years! It treated us and our two dogs very well! Great neighborhood and very close to pretty much anything you need! Stephanie and Gina are also very helpful, whenever you need them! I definitely recommend one of the townhomes, especially if you have pets that need a fenced in yard!

I lived at Jackson Crossing apartments this past year. I loved living there. The staff was awesome and they were always willing to assist with any issue that I encountered. They were very responsive when it came to work orders that I submitted. The apartment was very spacious. I had more space than I needed. I recommend this place.

I've lived at Jackson Crossing Apartments for over 5 years and have NEVER had any issues with my apartment or with management. Anytime I've called with a maintenance request, they exceeded my expectations in providing help. My spacious apartment was well-prepared and well-furnished when I arrived nearly 6 years ago, and I've been happy at Jackson Crossing Apartments ever since! 5/5 stars (I would give it 6/5 if I could!). Edit: I forgot to mention that the apartments are relatively quiet, there is always adequate parking, and the grounds are kept beautifully!
