Susan and her team are 5 star. We've rented one of Arrows homes in the Henderson area for the past 5+ years. From the initial application process to the rental agreement Susan and her team have been stellar. Fair and responsive. We've just moved out, we are no longer in the area and can not participate in the move out walk through. Susan just called me, there are a few things that need our attention, but 100% fair. Bottom line...we'd rent from Arrows anytime, anywhere. Truly a gem!

I have rented the house I live in for 7 plus years with no complaints. I originally rented from the owners the Craig's then they switched to Arrow property management. I am a single mom with 3 boys one of which is on the spectrum. I asked Sue to come and replace some rotten trim on the exterior of the home and not but 2 days later received a notice to vacate due to a family member wanting to move in. Susan did not have the decency to speak with me about it when she was assessing the home. Nothing. I found out that this was a lie and the "family member " just bought a house. I will admit that my rent was not as much compared to rising inflation rent amounts because we have lived here for so long. This company is all about money. There was not one conversation between us about maybe increasing rent or anything after my long residency at the home with zero complaints from neighbors, owners, no one. All I can say is Sue is a very heartless woman and you shouldn't trust her.

I can't say enough good things about Arrow Property Management. We moved to the area late last year, and there was virtually no rental inventory on the market, especially that allowed cats! Susan helped us find the perfect rental property to live in while we looked for a home to buy. Susan is also a realtor, and helped us find the perfect home, and is connecting us with contractors etc to help us make the perfect home feel like OUR home. This is the most professional and reliable property management company I have encountered in Humboldt county as a life long renter and resident. Having Arrow Property Management as the connection between renters and owners makes life’s sometimes messy or annoying situations, so much less so. Something as serious as one’s housing and properties should be performed at the professional standard Arrow has set.
