If i could give them 0 stars i would. We dealt with Willie B. he was very rude and unprofessional. When we told him we changed our mind about selling and to remove my house from listings he tried to bully my husband and threaten me and ask me for money. All he did was come look at my house and take notes. I never signed any contract and he tried to threaten me with a contract. My bank called him to try to remove the listing so we could refinance and he refused to talk to them and they even said he was shady and unprofessional. He wanted to come at late hours at night, was late from said time when he did show up or didn't show up at all. Whenever we talked to him on the phone and he tried to convince us to sell and I told him no he would hang up on me. My husband and I were not able to pay for our phones at one point, for a week they weren't on and he personally emailed me and told me he knew we were blocking his calls and that i better answer the phone. How is that professional? I refuse to ever work with this company or this man again. I will make sure every one knows not to work with this person. A realtor should make you trust them not make you feel threatened. If there was a way to report him to someone else i would.

Our agent does not seem to care about selling our home. Did open house without advertising and guess what? No one showed. I'm going to try to work with Keller Williams on getting a different agent.
