My name is Charles Smith and I listed my property with Gayle McPhearson, a realtor with Blackbelt Realty. In less than a week, we got and accepted an offer on the house. Gayle handled every aspect of this process and shepherded me through the maze that is selling property as an executor that is trying to coordinate a property inherited by 3 people, two being collage students. Oh, by the way, I live over a hundred miles from the property myself. She handled getting three sets of signatures on stacks of forms as well as inspections and lawyer dealings from the buyer. This was done by phone and e-mail for the most part. Going into the listing , I had dreaded the process and had prepared myself for a month's long ordeal. Well, to say I was pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement.
