Sylvia helped us sell our home in the middle of the Covid crisis, not an easy thing to do. She was well prepared with all inspection reports done before hand. These were included in a notebook with information about the neighborhood, schools, etc. We were notified every time there was an appointment to see the home and she followed up every visitor. In spite of Covid, she helped us sell our home before we moved!
