We visited Metro Atlanta in the summer with a plan to move in the New Year from South Florida. We met Sally when we connected on a house tour. We liked her instantly because of not only her warm demeanor but her vast knowledge of the area as a long time local resident herself. Elizabeth Johnson, from Harry Norman Realtors, was both our buying and selling agent.

We bought our new house before selling the old one. It took about a year to find our house (see previous feedback). Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the areas and able to respond and get us in for viewings quickly. The entire process went very smoothly and was actually quite pleasant. The sellers were awesome. We absolutely love our new place!

After spending several months doing renovations on the new house, we listed our old one. Elizabeth was able to get us the asking price, with 3 offers in under 48 hours. (during the ice storm!) She guided us through the negotiations and getting the house under contract. Where Elizabeth really stood out was in dealing with difficult parties. No one can predict how people are going to act.
