As a rental owner, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Westgate Property Management. Any initial apprehensions we had as first-time landlords when we placed our unit on the market were quickly erased by the service we received from Westgate. They found a reliable tenant who respected our property and neighbors, and who did not miss a single rent payment in the 6 years they lived there. For the few maintenance/repair issues that popped up during the rental period as would be expected, Westgate was prompt and thorough in communicating these with us before deploying their capable crew of maintenance professionals. All account transactions are provided in monthly statements easily available through an online owner portal. Westgate's management fee is very reasonable, and was well worth it for us to enjoy a hassle-free landlord experience.
