I love Villas!

Pros: Reasonably priced, close to the best schools, great neighborhood pretty close to everything, friendly office and maintenance staff, pet friendly.

Cons: It’s a little bit far from the freeway, and sometimes people are inconsiderate about throwing their trash all the way into the dumpster.

Overall highly recommend though!

We moved in October of 2022. We love it here. When we moved some neighbors helped us move our stuff. It’s very quiet here. We have a beautiful view. Hope has been great with any maintenance stuff that comes up and so has Romero! If you’re looking for a nice place in Danville, this place is great! Hope has events for us, contest for decorating on certain occasions. Gym is nice and clean.

Ungated-no security next to high way, 20 years old cheap build with one maintainace guy covering three location.
extremely noisy ,cheap appliance that no longer works and company refuses to replace most of the time .
lots of Russian lives here who recently moved from Russia due to war I guess. lots of domestic violence and police calls.
kids running in the parking lot with out supervision and up & down the stairs all day.
company refuse to fix any thing cost money .50% of windows in the complex don't open of function properly according the maintaince guy .it took them one and half year to fix my windows after I started talking to a lawyer .

Recently moved in. Smooth process. Hope and Dom have been great to work with. Special shout out to Humberto -the property/facilities manager. Always has a smile, and a friendly greeting. He even helped bring up some boxes when I locked myself out while moving in. Great guy. It's pretty quiet here, and so far everyone I've meet has been friendly.

Just moved in and Dominic went above and beyond to make my move smooth. He was very knowledgeable and always responded to questions in the process. The complex is very nice and clean. If you are looking for a place to call home this is the place to live.

I toured with Dominic and Hope last weekend. Dominic was very knowledgeable about the market and the area. I am moving from San Jose to Danville for work. Dominic made it easy to understand the qualifications and got me familiarize on what’s around the area. Dominic was assuring about how great the property is. I am looking to apply online sometime in the future.

What is this place? Lived here almost 3 years. Mgmt and maintenance turnover twice already. They do not screen tenants at all. Place is getting older so lots of issues. You are just a number here and forget any help with issues. Unless the bldg is on fire you are on your own. Our rent increased almost $300 a month this year for what? We can’t even get a return call on ANY issues. Half the units have been “updated” but those who already live here are left with the older finishes. Parking is a nightmare - one assigned spot (nowhere near your unit) then a free for all for the remaining open spots. Some folks have 3-4 cars just parked here in a non-working state taking up space. We pay almost $60 a month for trash on top of the rent and its always full, always all over the parking lot and everyone living around the complex (not in it) seems to think this is their personal dumping ground. Abysmal.
