I recently had the pleasure of working with Christian and Molly for both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new one, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, they both demonstrated unmatched professionalism, expertise, and dedication.

I originally bought my house 12 years ago with Molly as the realtor. I loved her then and used her and Christian when it was time to sell this one and buy another. My whole experience with them from day one up until closing was perfect. They have the perfect blend managing all the the business end of things and also the emotional side of things. Selling your home can be a bit of an emotional roller coaster and although it's not part of the job description they seem to inherently know how to handle the feelings of it all. Molly was truly exceptional. Throughout the whole home-buying process I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in Riverside and I’m so thankful I did.
Molly was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later.

She not only got top dollar for our home as is, she got top dollar for a friends home as is AND simultaneously closed on the home he wanted for a great price. All in 1/2 the time is should have taken. She hired everyone needed, obtained a fantastic lender, and handled every single part of the process. Other than signing a few papers and providing some documents, she did all the work and made the process easy, fast, and painless. Very pleasant experience. As a first time home seller there was so many things I was unaware of. They addressed all my questions (and concerns) quickly, professionally and most importantly in a way I could understand.

Unfortunately this business gets this rating based on our experience with their agent Maria Jimenez. To start, her position as listing agent and negotiator for the seller we were dealing with, was not the best. The miscommunication, misguidance and last but not least ensuring that the property was secured [multiple windows open, sliding door open, front door unlocked] at time of handing over property are main factors as to why we suggest to use any other realtors Ensure that an agent regardless of selling or buying has the human aspect of being considerate.
