Rebecca is an exception agent who guides you through the entire process very meticulously. She looks at every detail during the entire transaction and helps us understand all the steps in detail. She put in a lot of her time in visiting the property, dealing with the listing agent, working through any repairs that the seller needed to handle and helping us get home insurance. Don’t even think twice about hiring Rebecca ….as Nike would say “Just Do It.” I have two words….TRUST and BELIEVE. Put your TRUST in Rebecca and best BELIEVE she will make things happen. The entire selling process was seamless. From the first day I met and hired Rebecca to sell my home, she was on it. She did some homework on my home that same evening and reported back to me ASAP. She guided me every step of the way but honestly there was not much I had to do. Rebecca took care of most of it. Everything happened so quickly….from getting my house ready for Open House to selling with a 15-day close. I wasn’t worried because I knew I was in good hands with Rebecca. She is very knowledgeable and knows the process real well. If there is anything questionable, she will make sure to do further research and report back to you. Rebecca, I must say, is very honest and will not sugarcoat anything. This is one quality I really liked about her. As per other reviews mentioned on here, yes, Rebecca was also able to get me way over asking price. Rebecca truly is the best.
