Bridgeport has been managing our Homeowners Association for multiple years. Their service and commitment to making sure the business of our association is managed effectively and professionally is first rate! I serve on our board of directors as president and work closely (as our local contact) with Stephen Coll, our property manager with Bridgeport. He is always available to help and his attention to detail is always welcome. He and Bridgeport have helped us through several challenging projects including transition to new water submetering provider and a new association-wide fire monitoring and alarm system. I would highly recommend Bridgeport!

As a former President and long time board member of our HOA, I can highly recommend The Bridgeport company (now Real manage) and specially Stephen Coll for an excellent job in running our communities HOA management. I spent many hours on walkthroughs, phone calls and a variety of landscape issues that were dealt with both professionally and quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Bridgeport or Stephen again to any HOA that needed their services.

Laurel Hills Preserve - This place is poorly managed and understaffed. The current management staff on hand doesn't care about their residents about any situation even if it's there fault. Imagine, the leasing office is open, but no one can do anything without Lavita - the manager, because she has all the access to anything. I wanted to cancel the payment for my rent because it was a incorrect payment method and because lavita wasn't in, she was at home, they couldn't do it. so of-course the check-bounced and I payed the check-bounce fee which could have been avoided if Lavita did her job during work hours. Then the following day, they charged a late fee, which could have been avoided if Lavita did her job. Long story short they don't care even if they messed up. If you are a college student or have a Family don't move here unless it's the last place on earth.

Biggest waste of money. I wish my HOA would use a different company to manage our property. John is the property manager and is about as useless as football bat. The owner of the company, I believe is Bill. Useless.
