The team at Lyric is beyond exceptional. On short notice, we had to leave across the country for a new job, and this community stuck out to us. The timing for us was very inconvenient, but the power duo between Alyssa and Misty made this stressful time so much better for us. Alyssa was responsive, fast, extremely friendly, and you would be hard pressed to find someone else who is as accommodating and professional. The room we signed for is gorgeous, and difficult to find any defects. The amenities are great and the location is honestly hard to beat for Walnut Creek. I definitely recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a nice location with an incredible staff. Good management is the most important aspect for living in a shared community, and it shines noticeably in every corner of Lyric.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Lyric! Misty, the Senior Property Manager, and Alyssa, the Assistant Manager, are both professional, approachable, and always ready to help. They truly care about the residents and create a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s addressing concerns or keeping everything running smoothly, they consistently go above and beyond.

The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring everything is in excellent condition. Overall, The Lyric offers a fantastic living experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far! Alyssa, the assistant manager, was absolutely outstanding to work with. She has such a calm and kind presence and even called to check in after the holidays to make sure our move went smoothly. The entire touring and move-in process was super easy and stress-free.

The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Our apartment was spotless upon move-in, which was such a great first impression. The maintenance staff have also been incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel even more welcome.

Even the residents here are amazing—super friendly and always saying hello. It’s such a warm and inviting community. We’re so happy to call this place home! Highly recommend!

I utilized the self guided tour feature and was impressed by how seamless and informative the experience was. Following the tour, I visited the office, where I was warmly greeted by Misty and Alyssa. I moved in to Lyric with my wife in 2020 and the main reason for picking Lyric was the location. We have had a few managers come in and out, but I gotta say the best one has been the current manager and team. Misty & Alyssa are on top of everything and are very friendly and helpful. We love the gym and the close restaurants. The prices here are comparable to other communities that don’t have this great location.

I signed up for a self- guided tour at Lyric. And 20 minutes later, I received an email from Misty the property manager asking if I had any questions about any apartments, as well as asked me what I thought of the community. We also met Alyssa in the office as we were on our tour. The service was top notch we felt very welcomed and you don’t see this kind of customer service these days. We definitely will be renting in March.
