The team at Clockwork PM is great. They have provided management services for two homes for me in the last 5 years. The whole process from landlord onboarding, to thoroughly vetting prospective tenants, smoothly placing tenants, coordinating repairs, and handling tenant concerns is a breeze and allows me to take a truly passive position with property rental. They have a balanced approach to keeping tenants comfortable and landlords protected to the degree possible in this often landlord-hostile California rental market. The Clockwork PM team also has resources to list and sell properties. I used their services for that purpose too. Brent, Mark, Omar, and Leah continue to be sources of strength in the company and are truly talented at what they do. Clockwork Management is a wonderful and stress-free five star business partner I recommend highly. Specifically, their implementation team from contract start to rented is a breeze to deal with. Most important for me is communication so as not to feel lost in the process and timeline updates. The team guided me especially Derek, my assigned manager from early on, keeping me posted on critical events, helping me choose service providers. Derek's help and in particular his availability by phone/text/email has been priceless - to keep me informed. Also special is their leasing team with Leah as lead. She, too, was always there for me. Clockworks helped get my house rented in no time. Super smooth communication. Brent was very nice and informative. Brent came out to my house, inspected it looking for obvious issues, explained the process and answered any questions we had. While waiting for it be to rented, we had a email every week showing inquires and applications. Would highly recommend them.

Brent and his team are top notch. All have been professional and upfront with the process. They orchestrated the minor repairs to get our place ready to rent. Clockwork Property Management has been so amazing. Leah has been amazing! She is so nice, very welcoming, right from the very second we met her it's been nothing but great friendly service I can see she really cares. I felt like I have known her for years. She is very informative and very quick to get back to me when I have questions. Moving in general is a very stressful experience in itself but Leah has been there every step of the way to guide me through the whole process step by step. It's such a refreshing change (we have been looking for a rental for a month and a half also been scammed by squatters at you point)
