Due to complete incompetence and misrepresented by our agent we were screwed financially when we sold our house. The agent still works here and took a commission on our sale. I am working with a lawyer to remedy this disaster of a situation. As a homeowner all I can say is stay as far away from this agency as you possibly can.

We have had an incredibly wonderful experience with Brian Ledig- he is the BEST!!! We met him at an Open House about 1.5 years ago- got on his mailing list- cause we knew we were moving "someday". Well it finally was the right time to "start looking"- we fell in love with the first house we saw with Brian- and wanted to look no more.

Even though we were envisioning spending many weeks, months or however long it took to buy our ideal home- Brian saw our love for the 1st house we saw, and has helped us jump through many hoops to get the property we wanted. He helped us renovate our house "Turbo speed" so that we can get it listed ASAP and get the most for our money. We saw him on Saturday's and/or Sunday's in sweats (with a screw driver and tools) helping us with the HUGE project we had on our hands. Brian didn't instruct us to have this or that done, he was our team player- and always made sure he was active in helping us do whatever he could to help get this done. He has an awesome team of construction workers/network crew.

Our new home closes soon. Hard to leave our current house that looks so beautiful now with all of the help of Brian. With joy we highly recommend and rave about Brian's amazing service for us!!! Brian was/is always available and is an amazing Real Estate Agent- one that we are now calling a friend. Thanks Brian for all of your hard work to make this happen at "Turbo Speed"- you definitely don't mess around, but make things happen!!
