We have been tenants for 2+ years. We had our yearly inspection done today and Will was incredibly kind and respectful, along with ERA! They gave us an appropriate amount of time to prepare and Will was ahead of schedule and offered to allow me to follow him through the process (I did not not as I work from home). When he was done, he let me know, asked me if everything was working in the house or if there was anything I needed from him/ERA. What could be a stressful experience was a great experience because of him and Dawn for giving me proper notice!!

We were trying to help a client find a property to rent. Old south was quick easy returned our calls promptly and super easy to communicate with! First, I would like to thank Renee R. for doing a great job communicating with us and responding so quickly during the application process. She was very professional and super helpful. I've had a rough time in the past with other companies while finding a home, but with Old South it has been nothing but a great experience so far! I would also like to thank and acknowledge Dawn and Dana for being incredibly kind and helpful! These ladies have not only been very communicative and on top of everything since our application was accepted, but are so sweet and personable. My husband went into the office the other week, and when I went in today to get the keys, these ladies remembered literally everything they had talked about! They knew who we were, the name of our baby who is about to be born, and even the baby's due date!!! I was blown away. We are very appreciative of these women that we've interacted with so far. I hope management sees this review so they can get the recognition they deserve.
I know I've written a lot already, but I don't think any of this would've happened if it weren't for the help of Mr./Mrs.Holland and Mr.Porter. We will forever be so grateful for your help with getting us into this new place. The Lord has been so good and faithful to us, and has worked through these kind people. Me and my husband were in a very difficult spot with our previous lease elsewhere expiring right when our baby is supposed to be born and this other company raised the rent quite a bit. Here we are now with Old South in a much better and more affordable home, settling in before the baby arrives, and so excited to watch her grow in this beautiful place. Thank you so much, we are eternally grateful.
