I lived in 3 different Bode properties for about 8 years before recently moving out of the area. I had a great experience with them. They took the fair amount out of the deposit and were easy to communicate with. If there was a maintenance issue they fixed it immediately which was great! I recommend them.

I can easily say that Bode Property Management is one of the best places to rent from. The owners are very easy to talk to and understanding, and extremely flexible with occupant's situations. They get back to you very quickly on all subjects, are wonderful with maintenance, and their properties are absolutely gorgeous for wonderful prices. I feel so lucky to have called one of their townhouses home for a while. Thank you Bode!

We have loved living at a Bode rental in Fortuna for 2 years and we have enjoyed taking care of our beautiful brand new as of April 2018 rental unit. We can truly say that this landlord-tenant relationship is the best that we have experienced in our 7 years of renting in Humboldt County. There were some bumps in the road with communication specifically about the backyard and landscaping but other than that, we’ve had a great experience with Bode Property Management.

I was looking into renting from Bode Property Management. They were extremely unhelpful, and unprofessional. Good luck trying to reach these people on the phone! I called 3 times in one day and was sent to voicemail every time. If you are a student, STAY AWAY. They’re no better than any other property management in the area, and I honestly believe they took our $40 application fee and never intended on renting to us. Horrible. I’m so glad I didn’t get stuck with such awful people managing the place I was going to live in. I would not recommend them.

Not easy to contact and no hours of operation. When we talked to them they were nice enough. But I guess the housing is competitive enough property management companies around here don't care about how professional they are.

All that being said, they are better than RPM, PPM, and American Property management.
