We recently moved into Adega about 3 weeks ago and overall, the experience has been great! The management team was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making the transition smooth. The apartment itself was clean when we arrived, which gave us a great first impression.

The amenities and surrounding looks well maintained and everything seems to be in good working order. The location is convenient and very accessible to supermarkets and restaurants. There were a couple of minor issues in our unit but they were quickly addressed by the staff.

While the initial move-in process was smooth and the apartment itself is nice, we’re starting to experience some discomfort due to ongoing noise issues.

Our neighbors downstairs often make noise, particularly at night. Despite the community’s quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., We’re not sure if they’re playing loud music or watching movies, but their subwoofer or speakers are so loud that our walls and floors vibrate and shake.

Last night, we had to call courtesy patrol because its been weeks and we can’t take it anymore. One of the patrol members came and spoke to the residents downstairs, but unfortunately, they passed the blame on us, claiming that we were the ones making noise, particularly with footsteps or running and they can hear our TV too. This is simply not true, as there’s no one running in our apartment, and we don’t even have kids. And we don’t use a subwoofer when watching TV or movies, and we keep the volume low because one of our household works the graveyard shift, so we’re especially mindful about noise at night.

This situation is becoming quite frustrating and is affecting our ability to relax and sleep. Which is starting to affect our overall experience.

We’re considering transferring to a different unit or installing soundproofing materials on our floor and walls to minimize the noise and discomfort we’re experiencing.

We would really appreciate if management could help address this issue soon, as it’s impacting our comfort in what is otherwise a great apartment community.

Apartment is really great with perfect amenities and the distance to everything around like Target, FoodMaxx, and great restaurants. The only downside is parking and it seems like people just park wherever they want to park and sometimes create their own parking spots.

The apartments are really nice the staff and maintenance are nice, it my neighbors upstairs are loud all day and night they bang on the walls and our ceiling all night long they stomp around all day long they have company over who scream and yell all hours of the night playing video games we have to sleep with ear plugs in that isn’t safe and doesn’t help much..we go to the office and get told there’s nothing they can do cause that’s normal living..for who? They can be loud all day and night and we can enjoy our place because they are living normal?they also have a dog they let run around and when left along it cry’s and barks..Now the parking here is crazy even tho they have more spots now there still isn’t enough spots cause people have more than 3cars and they stay parked in a spot for more than 2days..so if you like to
Sleep like a normal person and like to enjoy your home this place isn’t for you or atleast stay away from the bottom unit and upon move in were told it was quiet well we are still waiting to enjoy the quiet part

I've lived here for about 10 months and have been meaning to leave a review for a while. I absolutely love living here, I wish it were a condo, I would buy it. I have rented here in the bay area for 20 years, including other luxury complexes and this is by far the best place I have ever rented.

Anyone that rents in CA knows we pay premium prices to live here no matter the state of a rental but the amenities, spacious units, beautiful grounds, walkable neighborhood are well worth the premium paid for the luxury appeal and genuinely enjoyable living space. I use the hot tub frequently which is very well-maintained and always clean, as is the pool. The gym has new, modern machines that you actually want to use, EV charging if you drive electric, secure mailroom, pet wash, I could go on.

Donna and Sarah, all the maintenance and other staff have truly been a dream to deal with from move in, to maintenance, to special requests. I feel they really do go above and beyond to keep they're tenants happy. If you're thinking about renting, don't hesitate, I can't imagine the new units being empty for long.

This is definitely the best apartment community I've ever lived at. The staff is so incredibly swift at responding to any appliance related issues and very good at fixing the issues. The leasing staff is nothing short of amazing. Donna and Sarah are absolutely incredible. they both are incredibly responsive with any questions we have had, and I'll be honest when the time comes to move whenever that is, im definitely gonna miss the property, but I think I'll miss the team that works here more.

I love it here! I signed my lease sight unseen and I was very relieved when I got here to see how nice everything is. The pool and the gym are perfect for my needs. The women who work in the leasing office and super friendly and helpful. I haven’t needed the maintenance team for anything, but they’re always friendly when I’m out walking my dog and run into them.

Horrible move out experience. Still dealing with them 2 years later. Computer issues with monthly rent, garbage and parking fees, the accuracy of their software to charge the tenants etc is horrible. Paid over 1k in move out fees and they still want more(no damage, moved out on time etc..) Scope out the surrounding area before you move in as well. The staff and Donna were very nice when we lived there.

This is by far the best apartment community I have visited in a long time! The staff is wonderful, and everyone is so kind. The campus is truly beautiful, and very well maintained! Great Job Adega!
