Well, it started off nice, I abided by all the rules, was only at the apt during the week and went home on the weekends. When it came to getting my deposit back, I was charged 475 for touch up painting. I was told the bathroom and the kitchen. During the walk through nothing was said. When I asked the manager, I was told the pass on the costs of repainting to the tenant which is against the California landlords law book pg 384-385. know your rights.

Awful company.
They lie to upsell these apartments, they claim they have granite countertops when it's laminate. The owner drives up and down the street trying to find out if you have guests over and anything else. They will also try to illegally evict you during the pandemic even after giving them proof of hardships. Don't rent from these scum $1475 for these tiny apartments are NOT worth it!
