Least business' friendly bank in Independence. Gave me grief and put long holds on all my deposit checks. (I couldn''t buy material for my business because of holds). Would not increase my daily debit card limit for my buisness (I purchase large items for my buisness). Charged 25 dollars to print off statements for each account. If you are running a business you should probably find another bank.

Karen the branch manager is an awful awful manager. She declined my account to go past balance even with automatic deposit into my account. Just trying to get my water bill paid. I hope one day Karen you run into some kind of trouble and someone shows you exactly the same kind of courtesy!!! "Karma!"
