I was so blessed to have these two realtor specialist walk me through every stage in the process of selling my home.
I put my house up for sale during a very down market - at year end during an election with interest rates sky high on top of the holidays. WHEW!! I felt overwhelmed!
I truly doubted if i would be able to sell.  Yet Willie helped not only guide me but educate me with his professionalism, proficient knowledge of the real estate market for both the buyer and myself as the seller.
I was so impressed from the very first day, Willie came to my home and performed a thorough assessment of the interior and exterior. What can we say about Willie and Laurelle? They are amazing humans and very good realtors, too. We relied on Willie and Laurelle in 2020-2021 to help us find and purchase our first home. I knew Willie from high school and we reconnected after we found out they lived near us in North County. Many of us have plenty of friends that are realtors or at least have their license. But based on past conversations about buying and purchasing real estate, we knew their passion for helping people was only surpassed by their professionalism and knowledge of the industry.
