We sold our home in Fallbrook in June 2020 and listed with Kim Carlson, as she was referred to us by a friend of ours who has sold and purchased homes with Kim numerous times!
From the first meeting, we were so impressed with Kim’s knowledge and experience, and we appreciated her personable service! She gave us her professional advice on a suggested list price and what we would need to do to our home prior to listing it, yet she let us ultimately decide what was best for us! We ended up selling for OVER asking price, and the escrow process went smoothly and efficiently! Kim, Betty at escrow, and the rest of the team gave A+ service and we are SO happy we got to go through this process with them!! Kim Carlson and her “Team” are amazing! I used Kim to sell my old and buy my new home. She left no detail unturned and went over and beyond to make both transactions go smoothly! I can’t rave enough how she was present and available every step of the way. She always remained calm when things became complicated or needed attention at the last minute. Kim’s “team” included Betty who was the woman behind the scenes that was there to make sure everyone, the buyers and sellers were always on top of what needed to happen to keep the process running smoothly from initial contact to the closing of both properties. Ryan and Dane other team members were called in several times for what I considered work over and beyond the call of duty when they showed up at my home to complete something on the house when I was at work and unavailable. I felt Kim was more than just a realtor she was part of MY team!

People usually think California real estate is easy to sell quickly at very high prices. This is not always the case. Especially when selling a unique property in a unique area. Kim Carlson and her team are incredibly professional and very responsive. Kim's experience and expertise in the Fallbrook area made all the difference in selling my father's property. She was able to drive potential buyers to the property and continued bringing my father offers even as the COVID-19 pandemic rolled through and completely changed the landscape for selling real estate. Kim was upbeat and professional at every turn, making difficult circumstances easier to navigate through.
