Don’t buy. Lennar homes are poorly built and you will have problems from the day you move in until after their “1 year warranty period”. We purchased a condo in Anaheim with tons of problems and a crappy metal fence that gets broken into by transients all the time. After they finally decide to replace the fence it’s replaced with a brick wall that is the exact same size.

This is what you get when you buy a Lennar home. You can literally open your window and touch your neighbor's home. No privacy, no sunlight, and major fire hazard. Lennar only cares about profits and packing in as many homes as possible. These homes are 3' apart. Ridiculous.

However HO they turn off my pool key it's a let them know people there yesterday don't judge by book cover or Jennifer don't lesson any one if im staying inside pool outside we have a 3 house here all payoff so tell them don't say anything next time

Very nice community. Just be nice people ,just because you pay the HOA fees doesn't mean you are the owner of this place ... I see many people being rude with the security guys or leaving trash everywhere 😡....

I have been looking for just the right home for over a year now. I found the home I wanted and was extra blessed to work with an amazing sales representative. Thank you to Cari for being with me through the entire process. There were times I came by on her days off and was always greeted warmly and had questions answered from the other representatives. Everyone in there has been super nice and extremely professional. Cari is a master of her craft and is extremely familiar with Lennar’s product.

Excellent homes with so much space, designed with great detail. Something to meet everyone's taste. Everyone should see these different styles, so peaceful, go onto the website and view for an upgrade and buy your next home here

I honestly believe they're ripping people off, and they were very rude. Let me get to the main points, great houses, small lots, and HOA that won't exceed 150. And remember your in Fontana so tax rate is 1.95.. my wife and I are going to do 20% down which I highly suggest unless you want to be paying more than 3k/month but if you got the mulah and it's withing your 25% monthly income that's a great price for you.. house are grest, it's the customer service that drive us away from them... Also if your looking into the condominiums the HOA there is 268$..

Customer service, they're short, they act like their houses are the only houses you'll ever get to buy, your just a number to them. Now some are nice so if your really interested find a nice one. Happy house shopping !
