Love this place , Matt was the best !! he showed us a few properties that we could afford, advised us on the areas pros and cons , he listened to our concerns and answered all our question. Matt worked extremely hard and diligently to get everything done and let us know what needed to be done to get our house ready for the market. Once it was listed he used top of the line cameras for our house and male it looks amazing. He was there anytime we had a question about the process or where we were with the listing until it finally closed. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Kern River Valley.

Regarding agent Jim Matthews: I made a cash offer on a what I considered to be a hot home with Jim after he said he was filling in for Matt the listing agent. When multiple offers did indeed start coming in, I never got a chance to make my highest and best offer, which Jim had indicated would be forthcoming. Jim didn't even extend the courtesy of letting me know the home had sold to someone else.

I want to make a shout out for Matt Freeman! Freeman reality helped me get my home here in the KRV and I got everything I was asking for and more! He's a great guy! And I have to say thank you! He acted as both the sellers and buyers representative. And took care of both! It wasn't easy because of the VA but he made it happen! This was over 3 years ago and I still owe him and his family a dinner. I haven't forgotten my promise. You just don't know or understand how sincerely and truly grateful I am for his help in taking me home!!! I was at the time as a homeless vet not destitute but living in my car. I only hope I can repay his effort and contribute to the KRV.

This is one of the easiest reviews I have ever written. I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to be in the Lake Isabella area. Matt, through dumb luck, became my realtor. And I couldn't have been luckier. We went through a ton of houses, and with every single one it was clear that he was more worried about making sure that it was right for me than he was about making a sale. He is a very nice and fun guy, but when you are throwing all your eggs into a new nest, the thing you want most is honest, and he is that 10 fold. Good heart + good realtor = easy choice.

Matt Freeman lakeside realty is a scam.matt Freeman is a scammer and con man...i hereby demand payment of 3500.00 for closing costs .the money given to you was for your share of the commission which you led me to believe you weren't getting..however you were dishonest and received your full commission from the seller. I am demanding the 3500.00 be refunded to me within 10 days..this was not a bonus as you say. It is a fraudulent scam that you profited on during escrow.
