However attending the workshops, zoom calls and personal meetings that were hosted by the Barocio Group helped immensely provide us the information on the process of buying a home. I highly recommend staying away from doing any business with Silvano, he has no problem lying to his clients and requesting signatures on documents that have false information inputted by himself. It’s obvious Silvano just wants to get his next commission check and does not care about his clients in anyway other than for him to be get paid. It went as far as forcing me to file a complaint with the California Department of Real Estate. Both him and his managing broker Jason are very unethical and only care about the money not their customers. Message me if you need further details or have any questions about my experience with Silvano. I have no problem sharing my experience and would hate for it to happen to any other families this kind of business ethic is unacceptable when you’re making one of the biggest purchase in a lifetime.
