We visited the Tays Landing development in Ontario California and were very impressed with the single family, 2 story homes that are available by Meritage Homes.
The floor plans are very comfortable and offers the buyers a very good cost to square foot cost.
The bedrooms are good sized and the master bedroom and shower area was of good size.
They have interior entry 2 car garages and a nice size backyard just trite for a small to medium sized dog!
There are several floor plans still available so take advantage and take a look!

For almost the past year they have an alarm that starts going off around 7pm. The alarm is lower than it was previously but it still continues to go off. It is very disturbing to the homes in the back.

The lady who works here is useless. She didn’t explain anything- couldn’t give me a price sheet or range. I’ve purchased 4 new builds in the last 10 years and this lady is the absolute worst. Get someone new in there.
