I was in a bad place trying to sell my rental that had been trashed 3 times over the CoVid eviction moratorium and Chris helped walk me through my various options. With his help I was able to make intelligent, informed decisions in regards to what repairs/upgrades to make. Even with declining housing prices, we were able to basically flip the rental into a home most would find to be beautiful and ready to move in. Then at a time when most houses were staying on the market longer and longer, with price cuts, mine sold over asking in 2 weeks. Chris was an awesome realtor back in 2008 when I bought the house at the bottom of the market as well. He listened to what I wanted, when other realtors had wanted me to spend more than I was comfortable with and even previewed homes I was interested in.
