Having worked closely with them and living in a property they manage, they continue to impress and provide impeccable service. Finding rental accommodations for students in Jacksonville is a daunting experience. There is not enough time in this world for me to go on about how AMAZING Taylor Real Estate Solutions is. I’ve been staying at one of their properties for over a year and must appreciate the staff attitude towards their tenants.The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. Every time I put in a maintenance request, the issue was FIXED within less than two hours. Absolutely incredible! The office staff is SO on top of everything. They remember everyone and are very open and upfront when signing leases about any questions you have about policies. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, welcoming place to live.

My mother and I have been renting from Taylor Reality for a few years. We have asked numerous times to get things fixed or replaced on this house. I know that they are busy quite often and they will do a good job, once they have started and completed. We have asked NOT complained. We know that renters know that rentals should be up to code. Your rent is to be used for things like that. It's our right as renters, so people shouldn't say that we are complaining because it is a fact of Renters agreement with the reality itself. So with that We would like to say Thank You to Taylor Reality for doing what is suppose to be done by their book of regulations . By the way our Favorite worker is Mr. Gene Thank you !!

Run!!!! I never leave reviews but we owned several mobile homes and was made to use Taylor Realty. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such an awful, arrogant, rude and just down right nasty person. He will literally nickel and dime the property owners and renters as well! He needs to be brought to the board of realtors for the harassment of how he treats his clients. Even after the fact of selling our properties, he had the nerve to talk about us to the new owner that we know personally. They try to add fees on that never was addressed with us. I am super close to discussing our issues with the board of realtors, the owners of the trailer park and an attorney. It’s been absolutely the most unbelievable and most unpleasant in my entire 41 years of my life. His professionalism is absolutely non-existent. Watch out for hidden fees!!! They are absolutely taking advantage of property owners and renters. They need to be investigated! I am telling you as a mom who had a son living in the park to attend JSU… they don’t control the property… only harass people. I am absolutely tired of Brian Taylor’s behavior and bashing our name. Again, I never write reviews but in this country and the way life is today his harassment on how he handles business is not acceptable. Run!
