I cannot comment on her real estate skills as she was representing a Townhome rental, but I found Carissa to be a poor communicator. From the moment I contacted her, she was very dismissive and just told me to go fill out the Zillow application and that she was just helping the owner out as she is his realtor. I spent the money and applied and then never heard from her. I missed the open house and asked if we can still see the place and she said yes and then never responded further. I had to text her multiple times to get a response and she finally agreed to show it to me. I was about 15 mins late to the appointment as I misjudged the location. She told me she will get back to all interested parties and guess what...I never heard from her until I decided to check back in.

Seemed like there was no commission on this one and she was going to do as little as possible.
