WARNING! I would suggest for any potential buyers or sellers to stay away from Michelle Sweet as she isn’t responsive, and she seems to not be very transparent. She has a property that has been on the market for for at least two years ‘(Zillow showed 788 days). I stopped by the property did my homework then decided to put an offer comprobable and in-line with recent nearby sales, which a reasonable and serious buyer would have done. I formally sent the offer via email to Michelle Sweet and she confirmed via text message to have received it, but didn’t bother to respond. I followed up with multiple text and email messages to her and she finally answered to tell me that my offer may be low. I requested a formal response to my offer from the owner but she failed to provide that too and never responded after that. Not very profesional and poor customer service.
