It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Jennifer DeVinney. Moving to Rossmoor from our home of 45 years was very stressful but Jennifer made this transition seamless. Her enthusiasm, patience and detailed knowledge of the buy & sale process, including the particulars of Rossmoor, provided us with great comfort and confidence. Between Jennifer's market expertise, persistence and negotiation skills, we did indeed find a lovely condo which we love! We worked with Jennifer to both purchase our new dream home in Alamo, as well as sell the home we owned in Pleasant Hill. She was unbelievably helpful with both transactions.

For the sale, Jennifer spent extra time with ideas on how to improve our home ahead of putting it on the market. She spent time at Home Depot on her own, sending over suggestions on tile for the bathrooms and flooring for the rest of the house. She helped with landscaping ideas and even helped up choose new trees and plants. She introduced us to great stagers who really helped pull the house together. After putting our house on the market on a Friday, and holding 2 open houses over the weekend, we received an offer on Monday, for a bit over asking. We then closed within 20 days. It was such a quick and painless process!

For the purchase, she worked to understand what we were looking for and signed us up for notifications as new houses came on the market. She spent multiple days taking us around to see houses. Once we found the house we wanted to put an offer on, she guided us along the process. She set up multiple inspections for us, beyond the general inspection, to ensure we had all of the information about the house. We ended up closing on our house in less than 30 days!
