The community is nice - as by other new build. However the fact that they force buyers to use their in house employees to represent them is slimy. The buyer should have the option of having a representative AND have that representative paid just like any other house sale. Lennar makes the buyer either NOT HAVE REPRESENTATION at all or they make the BUYER PAY FOR THEIR AGENT! It's slimy and something other new build communities don't do.

Very nice houses under construction. The only thing is the people are no very communiquitive with potential clients. When you go to see around the models they only give you a paper with prices but never ask you are need any other assistance. But if you can buy a house there you should.

They only have a few houses have broker co-up. If you are an agent, please contact them before you go. Make sure the house your buyer wants to purchase has a broker co-up.

Great homes but inflation during the pandemic, I just can't get why raise home prices when a lot of people have lost their jobs. Just before the pandemic the housing price was fair

Beautiful! Only problem Iis that they won't broker co-op of the buyer is a licensed agent and 2% tax rate indefinitely
