We were researching new single family homes and were pleasantly surprised when we visited the new homes development offered by DR Horton at Bayberry Pointe in Jurupa Valley,California !
The helpful new home counselor,Ms.Leticia Romero,explained to us all the models,features and financing that was available!
Bayberry Pointe offers large,comfortable 2 story layouts with terrific features such as energy conscious energy use,open concept kitchens and dining areas,spacious bedrooms,excellent shower and bathroom areas and nice size backyards for family and entertaining! If a new home is on your radar

Located in the heart of downtown Jurupa Valley nearby, formerly town of Pedley, this community is located at the most centered you can find that is far away from freeways, while the closest to a public golf course. Riverside, Eastvale, Ontario, Fontana, and Corona are all exact distances to drive to. Bayberry Pointe is the only Express community here with only 8-ft. ceiling max. HOA fee is on the higher side that does not include a community swimming pool. The only negative thing to say about this community is the extreme heavy-traffic jams to get in and out daily, especially on Van Buren Blvd., and Limonite Ave. is no better. It is also very-long distance, heavy-traffic, and time-consuming to reach to the nearest freeway. Future investment opportunities here are limited and constrained, hence the slightly lower home prices, due to its older infrastructure around and lack of available upgrades, than what you can find in city of Riverside and newer Highgrove/Spring Mountain Ranch areas near the UC Riverside campus.
