Nikki and her team are the best!! As a first time home buyer, there was so much I didn't understand about the home buying process so I needed a lot of help, guidance and support. Nikki worked with my husband and I for about a year on our hunt to find a new home. Being a sellers’ market, we stressed to her that we would need to find a new home first before we were comfortable putting ours on the market. Inventory in our area had been low, however when Nikki got wind of a home that hadn’t hit the market yet, and was PERFECT for us, she got us in there the same day and because of her efficiency our offer was accepted 3 days later. Once our offer was accepted we were in a mad rush to get our place on the market, Nikki and her team were able to market our place and hold an open house 9 days after we found our new home. Because of her aggressive marketing skills and general real estate knowledge, we received multiple offers and accepted a final offer less than a week after the open house. Needless to say, our experience with Nikki was amazing, she is an advocate for her clients and beyond efficient on both the buying and selling end. From the very beginning, Nikki Miller was very organized and knowledgeable on all aspects of the home buying process. We had worked with another real estate agent previously to purchase our condo, so we could really appreciate the difference it was to work with Nikki. She was able to answer all our questions regarding the ins and outs of placing offers and going through escrow. And if she didn't have the answer handy, she would always get the information we needed from one of her many qualified resources and follow up with us. When she joined us on house tours, she never failed to impress! She would always have toured the house and neighborhood before going walking through it with us, and she had plenty of information from having contacted the seller's real estate agent. Nikki really goes the extra mile for her clients, and it was so wonderful to have her with us on our home buying journey. For selling our condo, Devany Roberts of the Nikki Miller Team stepped in to handle many of the day to day logistics. Devany seamlessly scheduled and facilitated the cleaning and staging of our condo, and worked with us to keep us updated on the work being done. Nikki remained our main point of contact when it came to accepting an offer and walking us through escrow. And when a hiccup came up during closing, she spoke directly with the buyers to make sure the sale went through.
