As a first-time home buyer, the whole process seemed daunting and stressful. We didn't know what we didn't know. Initially we weren't sure what we were looking for, or even the location.
We were hesitant to work with anyone because we figured we'd just frustrate them with our wishy-washy answers.

Enter Michael, he really made every step of the process comfortable, fun, and no pressure at all.
