I sold my house almost three years ago. I chose Beacon Ridge as my home. I downsized and simplified as my children are almost grown. No worries here! I love my 3 bedroom apartment! The grounds are kept nice, I love the pool and the grill. We also have a laundry room, gym, and car wash station on site. Sarah and Hailey (our management team) are the BEST! If you're looking for "home" this is the place! ❣️

First and foremost, the staff has been amazing! They are always welcoming, kind, and address concerns in a timely manner. They plan fun events every month to build the community and truly make this place feel like home.

I know not everyone wants to be friends with their neighbors, but ours have been nothing short of amazing and we are so blessed to have them. The apartments themselves could use a little updating(cabinets, etc.), but otherwise, it really is a beautiful place to live. They keep all common areas clean and maintained.

If you are looking for an affordable apartment with amenities and smiling faces, this is the place.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is hands down the best place I have lived yet!! I feel so safe here and the neighbors are the nicest community. The grounds are well kept and the staff is quick to assist you in any way you need. Trust me, you want to live at Beacon Ridge!

We have lived here for over a year and love the property! The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff are friendly and prompt! Any issues we have had have been quickly resolved. This place is great for any flight school students as rent is below BAH!

Beacon Ridge is home! I have been here over 5 years now and it’s been a great experience the entire time. The entire staff is friendly and very prompt in all requests and concerns. The grounds are maintained beautifully and I have never felt unsafe even one day! I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a short term or long term place to call home!

I have been here 2 months and during this time.. the staff has put on a few events for the residents. These events have been very enjoyable. Lady’s up front have been awesome, and the maintenance men have been on top of any needs I have needed. Very pleased with the time spent here thus far!

O man what to say about Beacon Ridge.
My husband and I were in the talks about moving from KS to AL June of 2022. BR was the only place that had an open apartment for us to look at. We put down a deposit right away. We moved her 10/2022 and haven’t turned back since. We have made friends that have moved and some that have stayed. The staff here is nothing short of amazing we are so happy to call BR HOME. Plus side the pool is open year round unlike KS.
