I have been living here for many years now. Apartments are nice , the office staff are polite and helpful especially Rommel. Recently I had some problem with the in-unit washer dryer and put in a maintenance request, Mr. Donavan called back within 5 minutes and arranged for it to be looked at. Donavan sent Lamar to replace it and he was really efficient,courteous and polite . Lamar and Donavan did a great job as a team .

One of the reasons that I have been living at this place for so many years is that this community has its amazing maintenance technician — Donovan Plant!

Donovan is super kindhearted, polite and helpful, always finishes the repair/maintenance requests soon after I submit the tickets, and he makes sure that he set up a reminder for himself if he needs to come back a few days later for further maintenance. Recently, he helped repair my sink counter weight, window screen, shower beauty ring, wall, and did the fan cleaning. Without him I wouldn’t be able to have such an amazing experience at Avalon.

Donovan not only helps on maintenance issues, but is also responsive on other matters that the residents might need help with. Specifically in March, I had an emergency matter and wasn’t able to find the leasing office right away, and Donovan kindly help me connect with the leasing office as soon as he saw my message. I really appreciate all of the work that Donovan has been doing for the residents, and I am grateful to have such a kind person around our community!

It is a very nice place to live , people in the leasing team. Rommel and Gigi are very nice, easy to do business with, understand what you need, they will help you step by step.
The maintenance technician, Donovan, he is amazing, and very kind, fast responses to all the services requests, and solve the problems in a timely manner, even though he in the only maintenance for these 2 buildings, so you can imagine how busy can be.
Thanks for all you've done, guys, please keep up the good works.

Eduardo and Donovan were really quick and efficient with my service request.

Update: 2/7/25 the past weekend there was A leak underneath my sink & it was really bad, so I sent Donovan a video & he immediately opened a ticket & let me know he would come address it, but I knew that was his off day so I told him it could wait until the following day. He came the following day & replaced my garbage disposal, which was the issue. I just really appreciate that over the last yr of me living here, he has done amazing at fixing my maintenance issues whenever they arise VERY quickly! And he’s always extremely polite & you just don’t find dedicated people like him often. I am grateful to be at a property where the maintenance tech actually cares about things working properly! Thanks Don!!
