Mike is a fantastic realtor. We vacationed in Arcata briefly and decided to move here from Texas. We worked remotely with Mike to make the purchase. I met Mike back in 2019 at an Open House he was viewing for an out of town client. It was clear to me right away that he loved his work, and loved helping others with their real estate dreams and needs. So when we were considering selling a rural property, he took the time to come see it, work up a CMA and give us his honest and professional opinion. It can be hard to find a realtor that is willing to go to rural locations to show properties, walk the property lines and do what is needed to sell. Mike sold two rural properties for us, one of which I would consider to be a hard to sell property. He always went above and beyond the call of duty… doing everything he could to be present, and show a property at its best. He showed a lot of wisdom in knowing how to deal with difficult people and circumstances, which often can be encountered in real estate deals. He even took the time to walk and video a very rural property I was interested in, without me asking. I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
