Positive: Staff was friendly, professional and helpful from the minute we arrived and throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, thank you to the cook!Our stay was a pleasant experience. Negative: Actually, it is just a comment and not a complaint - the Jacuzzi heater had not yet arrived so Jacuzzi was not accessible. Disappointing but beyond anyone's contro!.

We were driving on Boxing Day from LA to PHX but were not feeling well and couldn't make the whole drive at once. We were glad this hotel was available along our route and booked through IHG. The staff that greeted us after 9 pm were friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and large and the beds were comfortable and we slept quite well. Breakfast in the morning was great and everything worked properly. Great, refreshing stay!

We were in room 303, nicely decorated, very very clean. Spacious room. Decent breakfast, breakfast area vert
an. Only squack short wife had, the beds are very high to get into. By the way our room faced the freeway, we could not hear it..it was a very quiet room. Would recommend the hotel, we will be staying there again, if we can find a less higher bed.

Update, one week later stayed again. We asked for a step stool. They got one for my wife. Very comfortable high beds

Our receptionist was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was sparkling clean. The hotel overall was quiet and well kept. The swim pool is a nice size for lap swimming and had sparkling clean water. Our only disappointment was algae on the steps leading into the water of the pool and dark grit on the drain at the bottom of the hot tub.

I booked this room last minute through my IHG account. I left Indio, California after the Cheap Trick concert and I knew i was already tired. Just wanted to at least get back towards Phoenix, Arizona. I made it the 90 miles or so to Blythe and I'm glad I booked this room. The check in was very quick. It was late, but they were pretty much expecting me. The room was very clean. I had a 1st floor room, very high ceiling. The shower and bathroom were amazing. Especially for a big guy like myself. Comfy bed. The only 1 star I'm giving is the location. Blythe, California is pretty run down. A lot of boarded up buildings. Quite a few semis parked on the streets. But being it's a small town, I guess I could see it not being as thriving as say Los Angeles or Phoenix. But as far as this hotel, it met my standards. I did like the 12pm checkout time. Cause I was able to sleep in longer. Although I didn't pull myself out of bed for the Saturday 7am breakfast, so I can't tell you what that was like.

We paid for the reservation before checking in only to find out after putting on our bathing suits the hot tub and pool were out of order. The window in our room had large sprays of bird poop as well as old tape adhesive. The shower head was disgusting with lime and calcium. See pictures. The breakfast was okay and the room was above average.

We arrived at this hotel at 230 am and the receptionist was very nice. Check in was easy and quick. The place was clean, breakfast was typical hotel breakfast and the people working were very nice and professional.
For a crappy little town this was a great place to stay over.
