Room very dusty and crumbs on couch & chair. Shower barely worked--lever to switch from tub spout to shower broken so 1/2 came out of each. Very hot in hallways, stairwell, and breakfast room. Grounds dirty & unkempt. I don't know how this place got an average of 4.5 stars, it's no where near that good. But at least the mattresses were good.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. I have stayed at other Comfort Suites, and this one was not on top of my list for cleanliness. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were filthy. There were white stains on the mattress bedframe coverings and on the couch as well. I didn't even sit on the couch in my room because it looked disgusting with all the stains on it. The breakfast area was also very dirty. The only positive thing about this place is the location. There are a variety of fast food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. Access to the gas station and freeway was convenient as well. The hotel needs renovation and should remove all carpets in rooms. Couches should be replaced with a leather type of material so it can be easily cleaned after each guest.

Filthy hotel. Elevator dirty. Our bathtub was very dirty and the corners of the room with dirt in them. At breakfast the dining room tables dirty with food and and trash under them. Had to ask the attendant in the room for a cleaning rag cause all the tables were dirty. Meanwhile, attendant sitting and talking with cleaning lady. She then got up and cleaned the tables. No coffee available at all because the machines were broken. Only ate food that was wrapped since I could imagine the condition and cleanliness of the kitchen.| |It's sad that this hotel is considered a good deal.

Nice clean room. We had a nice suite. Breakfast was okay. It tasted pretty good, but not a huge variety. They really only had eggs for diabetics, but I made it work with enough eggs and a biscuit with gravy.

Only issue was no water pressure and luke warm water. The rest was perfect. Clean, friendly service, great breakfast! Would recommend!

Positive: Good location. Negative: A little more shower head water pressure would be good. 3rd floor room, so a slight lack of water pressure is understandable. Other than that, a nice room
