No amenities at all even though they say such in advertising and in the lease. The little Gym/workout equipment there was removed without notice.

Property manager Octavio is rude is will literally say anything to get money and will go back on promises with ease and no care. Get everything in writing with this guy. Not doing so could definitely cost you 1000s of dollars and make for a very uncomfortable living situation. When you let him know how his behavior affects others, you will get more callousness

Joel is the absolute best. He fixed my shower water flow issue in less than 24 hours and that included the time it took to get the necessary parts! A few weeks ago he had a new toilet installed in no time at all.
He’s always me meticulous and never leaves a mess behind. Thank you Joel!

There is still a leak that covers the floor in the hallway. This has been going on for a year. I have to continually mop the floor and put towels down that I have to spend money to wash is a complete nuisance and inconvenient, and nothing has been done about it. Client had slipped because of the water and they still have not done anything about it.

No amenities… Parking is scarce and appliances continue to go out or have to be replaced. Bad security along with a lot of homeless around make it unsafe for women to walk the streets. I always had to walk my girlfriend to her car just to protect her. Visitors parking is nonexistent. Difficult to have visitors visit you.

Horrible property manager. No a/c in summer. No heat in winter. No water pressure. Rent increase more than 8 % in a year. Promises never kept. Rooftop common area in the works for over 2 years. Gym remodel never happened. 2 treadmills( if working. ). They use this bldg for airbnb so if u like people in and out, bringing bedbugs give them your money. If not, please save yourself a horrible year and look elsewhere

Don’t even bother scheduling a tour. If they send you confirmation that doesn’t mean they’ll show up. I took time of work to tour the building, and they bailed on me twice. So if you don’t want to waste your time, don’t even bother scheduling a tour.

Really satisfied by with the repair work done by Joel Gurrola (via Polaris Management). He's quick, efficient and super communicative. He always leaves notes and often voicemails for the repairs he's done and any next steps. All repairs are typically done same day 🙂
