My second time Appling for a rental with them. I payed the 30.00 last year and wasn't told for a week that they forgot to take the property down. Since someone moves into the apartment after the fact of them collecting an easy 30.00, I applied the second time with the. And paid another 60.00 why someone who is a cosigner has to pay 30.00. If nothing happens by 48 hrs then this would be 90.00 of theft. 90.00 I could have places on holding a place. No phone call and no reaching out...

Any legitimate company would let you view a rental property BEFORE filling out an application with a 30 dollar application fee. What if the property doesn't fit my needs. I have to pay 30 dollars just to view a rental property and be told "it ain't like the good ol days". We'll maybe not for you, but there are still reputable companies out there that will let you at least see the place before you start throwing money into the equation. Places like this put the dollar before the people, it's really sad
