Let me move in early and was very flexible with me as my pervious residence AC went out. Was not expecting them to be so accommodating and helpful, couldn’t be more pleased. They also made sure everything was replaced, cleaned, and repaired. Would highly recommend!

We gave our 30 day notice and I have emails from Rachel stating it was received. They asked for our forwarding address and we have yet to see our deposit back after two months NOR any type of breakdown as to why it wasn't given back. The apartment was dirty and disgusting when we moved in and my husband did most of the maintenance on it himself whenever something broke as we could rarely reach anyone in the office. The place was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in. Finally spoke to our attorney advised to reach out to them one last time, which we did a week ago, and still no response. Next step is getting the attorney involved. This could be a lot less hectic and cheaper for all involved if you would just respond to our requests (preferably in writing so we have it for documentation purposes).

Once you move be prepared to practically beg for your deposit back. Even though legally its supposed to be returned within 30 days and/or the description for anything withheld! And don’t bother having the carpets professionally cleaned because they will still charge you the cost again! Will never recommend this company!! And when they do cut you a check, it will be back dated so keep all your texts if you have any!

I have been doing business with Investment Brokers for 3 years. Kris, Jennie and their staff are very professional and go above and beyond for not only their tenants but the property owners as well.

We have used their company in many capacities and I can confirm they are able to get the market value for rent at the same time they are securing qualified tenants for my properties. Anyone that knows the real estate market in the Ozarks, knows how challenging this can become.

We have had both our vehicles vandalized within 3 days of each other in the property parking lot by another tenant. The damage to my car was estimated at about $2000. Both times our cars were parked in a particular parking space that this other tenant believes to be their personal space, despite there being no assigned parking spots. The same neighbors who lure and feed stray cats & wild animals, have police there regularly for domestics, and leave trash everywhere. Sheriffs are involved. We have sent multiple emails & called many times to try to speak with the property manager regarding this issue. Tomorrow will be a week since the first time we tried to reach her about the keying of my car and my husband’s registration stickers being scratched off both his plates...still crickets🦗. She’s clearly ignoring us. The sheriffs have been more responsive & willing to help us with this situation than anyone at the property office has. The property manager obviously does not care about the tenants, their personal property, or about maintaining a safe & decent property to live at. To say I am frustrated and disappointed in their lack of professionalism is an understatement.
