We rented a place for my son’s 8th and 12th birthday. Zach an his professional team went above and beyond to make their day special. We added on boat rental (and there were new floats and lake toys still in boxes) that they must have purchased that day for our birthday boys. Staff was friendly, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond for our stay. I highly recommend this company.

Honestly, this company seemed promising from the start but the moment we signed a lease, things went south. We did move in as is so I understand certain cosmetic things but our unit was in need of new flooring in the bathroom and they started to do it and decided to leave in unfinished with giant holes in our walls. We had repeatedly contacted them about our issues but failed to ever get a response unless we called Zach. In our last month I was charged twice for rent and when we went in to get my money back they decided to take a whole WEEK to get it back to me and the only reason we did get it was because we called and called, went in to get it, etc. Becky was the person in the office who stood out the most to me, as you can see in the reviews, she left a raving review which is a flat out lie. Our lease outlined that we would receive our security deposit 30 days after we turn in our keys and it was almost another whole WEEK late. The only reason we were able to get it was because my roommate would not stop reaching out until Zach finally answered and send it out. I would not recommend this company to anyone and please do not take those 5 star reviews to heart because its his employees writing them.

Awesome company been with them years now. Always very responsive and a variety of rentals. Zack has been incredibly understanding the few times I haven't been able to make it to the office in time for rent cutoff. Fixes around the house have been completed in a timely manner with great communication. Highly recommended.

This company used to be amazing when Paul, their old manager, worked there. They actually cared about their tenants as well as property owners. This is not the case since he left about a year and a half ago. After nearly 3 years renting from this company, I am still in shock at the level of narcissism displayed by the owner and his staff. After finding myself a single mom of 3 in March, this company and the property owner saw this as an opportunity to harass my children and me repeatedly. They inundated me with unlawful notices, allowed the property owner to come into the property and scream at my children and I that we were squatters (We weren't. We had a legal lease and were fully paid.), and refused any and all maintenance repairs to include the AC for the entirety of the summer. Having a 2 year old in a home that is 90 degrees inside for months is torturous. When I finally caved in August and spent my limited finances on the temperature problem for the safety of my children, they pounced at the opportunity. When I had people reach out offering to pay the amount I couldn't that month, they refused payment, eventually having me locked out while I picked up my kids from school. They laughed when they called to tell me, and have since refused and ignored every attempt to get belongings left in the home. They left us with the clothes we were wearing and allowed us nothing else. School books, clothes, saved items from when my kids were babies, my mother's ashes, my father's flag that covered his casket at his funeral, etc. They have taken all of it while laughing in my face. This is the most manipulative and disgusting company I have ever done business with. Even if you do everything you're supposed to, they assist a property owner trying to evade mortgage fraud detection in forcing you to "break the lease" so they can gleefully take everything from you and your children. They also rotate employees monthly with what seems to be a never ending pool of marginally intelligent girls with attitude problems, so it's not like any communication with them is even valid from one month to the next. If they want you out, even to cover the tracks of a property owner committing a felony, they will make it happen through any means necessary. 98% of the positive reviews are left by the people that work(ed) there to try and make this company look like something other than what the real people victimized by Zach and his employees caution it is.

This company is extremely sketchy. They bought out my old rental company, and I was living in unlivable living conditions for almost 6 months. The construction company ripped out my heater causing a hole in my wall. I contacted CDA Real Estate Investments, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional about the situation. Becky talked to me like I was stupid. I had to call them every week for over a month. When they finally did get back to me, they said that they were going to fix the hole....and raise my rent by $500. Also, there was a door breaking from normal wear and tear that they tried to charge me for. Do not trust them!

We recently purchased a triplex in Post Falls Id. We live two and a half hours away, so we needed a property management team to supervise some rather extensive repairs and to manage the property after the repairs had been completed. We enlisted Coeur d’ Alene Property Management. We have been really happy with the personal service which they offer, and it is always easy to contact them. They are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful with every potential problem we have had, and they even drove to meet us and deliver a paper to be signed just to simplify the process. The paper we needed to sign had nothing to do with them directly, they just went out of their way to accommodate us and help us make this acquisition easy and trouble-free. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent knowledgeable helpful property managers.

Honestly, just another average rental place. While renting a place from them they started a bathroom remodel, which took around 12 hours, and never finished it leaving a huge hole in the wall so that was kind of annoying. Getting my deposit back from them was extraordinarily difficult as they didn’t seem well organized with it and had to cut 2 separate checks because they spelled my name wrong and put my nickname instead of my legal first name on the check. Usually after contacting the owner my problems were resolved rather quickly which tells me this business has a good person behind it, just maybe not the most dedicated employees

Very seriously do not rent here. My wife and i lost her son in October 2021 and the death cost almost 2 thousand dollars. We had a security deposit check that had been written to us during the transfer of the companies from our old company to this one, we never were given our secuirty deposit check. We requested either they return the check written to us or write off a month of rent(which i have never asked for and have always paid) so we could take care of him. The woman Holland kept giving us the run around no matter how nice we were and it took them 6 weeks before Zach stepped in. We even had to file a report and have a CDA detective investigate where the check went. Evntually Holland had Zach the manager call my wife while I was at work. This man verbally accosted and berated my wife who is mourning her child. Zach is hand down the most abusive and cruel man ive ever known. He went out of his way to yell at my wife and accuse her of horrible things in her time of grief. Several times we have had issues but his horrific behavior was the last straw. DONT RENT HERE!
