If you're looking for office space to rent, look no further. It's a secure and quiet building with subtle elegance and reasonable rates. You will definitely get the most bang for your buck here. Your clients/customers will be impressed if they meet you here. Everyone I've run into in the building has been very friendly. The property management is excellent! Especially Neesha!! They have been great at welcoming us and are quick to respond to any questions/concerns we've had since we became tenants a few months ago. I could not be happier with the experience I've had as a young professional at the Tuscan Tower.

After being priced out of our office space downtown, we were looking for a cost effective, professional office suite. Tuscan Tower from Fleming Investment Properties really fit the bill. They were able to accommodate a few needs we needed prior to our move in, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. Neesha has been a pleasure to work with and get to know, and David is really the best. The other tenants are, for the most part friendly and professional. I'd recommend this building and this company if you're looking for an office that doesn't kill your bottom line. We've been here since late January 2022, and look forward to be here for years to come.
